- Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable software solutions, focusing on backend or full-stack development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
- Work with modern technologies, including Python (FastAPI, Celery, SQLAlchemy) and React (TanStack, Material UI)
- Manage data storage solutions using Postgres and Redis
- Integrate and work with cloud services such as Ably, Twilio, SendGrid, Auth0, Stripe, AWS, and GitHub Actions
- Solve complex and ambiguous technical challenges independently and as part of a team
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to best practices, and support a culture of continuous learning
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in software engineering
- Full-Stack experience, with React frontend and Python or similar backend
- Google Cloud Platform or AWS experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex challenges
- Familiarity with scalable system design and performance optimization
- Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment
