We are inviting applications for the role of a Lead Full Stack Developer. This role is centered around leading the development and implementation of software applications, utilizing a range of skills and technologies. The role is a part of the insurance industry and provides an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our team.
Responsibilities:
Leading the development of applications, utilizing technologies such as React, .NET, JavaScript, AWS, CI/CD, Kubernetes
Implementing SEO marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and success of the applications
Hiring and leading a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Balancing between new development projects and maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations
Utilizing Cloud Technologies and AWS to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of application development
Implementing Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure timely and efficient project completion
Practicing auditing and change management to ensure the quality and accuracy of the applications
Using Content Management System (CMS) and Contract Management skills to manage and organize project-related contracts and content
Implementing best practices in coding to ensure the development of high-quality, efficient applications
Using Optimizely for A/B testing and personalization to enhance the user experience of the applications.
Requirements
Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is required
Experience with Content Management System (CMS) is essential
Knowledge of Contract Management is necessary
Competency in Microsoft and Microsoft Azure is required
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology is a must
Auditing experience is highly desirable
Must adhere to Best Practices in application development
Experience in Change Management is beneficial
Coding skills, particularly in Optimizely, React, and .NET, are essential
Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is necessary
Knowledge of Kubernetes is a major asset
