Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Python and ReactJS to help us build and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications. In this role, you ll work closely with our product and design teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front-End Development: Design and implement user interfaces using ReactJS. Ensure responsive and high-performance user experiences.
• Back-End Development: Develop and maintain server-side applications and APIs using Python. Work with frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Integration: Integrate front-end and back-end components to create a cohesive and functional application.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers to define and implement new features.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and adhere to coding standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Testing & Debugging: Perform testing and debugging to ensure high-quality releases. Use tools and frameworks to automate and streamline testing processes.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation for codebases, APIs, and development processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Suggest and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Python and associated frameworks (Django, Flask, etc.).
• Proficiency in ReactJS and related front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Redux, etc.).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
• Strong understanding of web development best practices, including responsive design and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) and cloud services is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
