About the role
We’re looking for a Frontend Developer to join our founding team and lead our product development. If you’re someone who thrives on high ownership, can figure stuff out on your own and wants to be part of the zero-to-one journey, this might be for you.
What you’ll do
As we’re still early at building a dedicated frontend team, responsibilities will have breadth over a lot of cool stuff
Realise Pixel-Perfect Designs: Develop Pixel-Perfect end-to-end network optimised, responsive Web Apps;
Write Robust & Reusable Code: Write clean, maintainable and reusable code and libraries for cross project sharing with solid test coverage;
Drive Performance in Frontend: Optimising performance of existing & future applications for full scale production deployments
Work directly with product, design and the backend teams to contribute to the product roadmap

What makes you a good fit
If you can write code that works, we should be good but read on (disclaimer: most of what follows is not a hard requirement);
Preferred tech stacks: React & Next;
You have 2-5 years of experience building and scaling frontend systems from scratch;
You've built efficient, reusable code backed by solid test coverage in React or Vue.js (Brownie points if you have worked with state management libraries like Redux);
You have optimised performance and builds for frontend deployments at scale ;
Most of the above is us trying to sound legit about our stack, so if you’ve not worked with some of it & are open to learning or have better ideas, it’s totally cool;
Salary and Location
Expected CTC: We pay top of market for the right folks and also offer generous equity (ESOP) to everyone in the team
