Are you an ambitious, experienced SEO professional looking to join an award-winning global agency? We are looking for a confident and passionate SEO Consultant to join us.

You'll have excellent knowledge in on-site technical SEO, with the ability to analyse client websites, traffic data and online research to provide best-practice recommendations and campaign insight for our portfolio of national and global clients. You will need to know how high quality optimised content can benefit organic visibility and able to explain these benefits to clients.

As part of the organic search department, your role is often critical to client success. You will utilise your analytical skills and understanding of organic search algorithms to provide clear, effective SEO recommendations, insight and guidance for campaign strategies to achieve our client's commercial objectives.

As an experienced SEO Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of accounts. You’ll be directly working with our data and insights, strategy, creative, Digital PR and development teams to create best-in-class SEO strategies for a diverse range of clients, ranging from niche B2B service providers to global consumer brands.

You will additionally also be helping to support and develop more junior members of the SEO team as well as helping to share knowledge across the wider group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support producing successful SEO strategies
  • Mentor, support and train junior members as well as wide members of the team
  • Produce insightful keyword research to guide content team
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and produce actionable recommendations
  • Produce onsite recommendations to improve visibility of landing pages
  • Work on cross channel integration projects to draw meaningful insights & recommendations
  • Work closely with the Digital PR and Content teams to produce high quality off-site campaigns
  • Analyse data, rankings and issues to bring valuable insights into the client reporting and strategies
  • Keep up to date knowledge of the latest algorithm updates

Experience / Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great organisational, time-management and planning skills with a strong focus on client’s KPIs and deadlines.
  • Great team player who is able to work on their own accord delivering high quality of work and on time.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS, ideally with some programming knowledge (e.g. PHP) and JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS.
  • Proficiency in using appropriate tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, link research and competitor benchmarking tools, website auditing software such as Screaming Frog’s SEO Spider.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, and in particular Excel.
  • Excellent in-depth understanding of technical, on-site SEO, link building, research and universal search.
  • Ability to prepare and present compelling on-site SEO audits, best practice guidelines, review documentation, client SEO strategy documents and monthly client reporting as well as conduct a full-scale insightful and actionable competitor research.
  • Ability to provide input on creative digital marketing concepts and strategies to maximise online exposure and search visibility benefit.
  • Strong data-driven and insights driven skills to turn insights into strategy, and able to provide strategic counsel and recommendations to clients as well as the team.
  • Able to work with account strategists to identify organic growth opportunities for existing clients.
  • Good experience working with other channels and a good understanding of how they can benefit client’s strategies, insights and KPIs.
  • Ability to mentor, support and train junior members as well as wide members of the team in all things-SEO.
  • Excellent up to date knowledge of the latest algorithm updates and how they have impacted as well as how they will impact client’s performance in the future.
