- provide leadership in the technical design, development, implementation and support of simple and complex low code and custom code stack prototypes
- provide leadership in completing research activities to establish low code technology direction, strategy and standards
- develop technology performance standards, evaluate or develop new utility routines and provide practical technological input to innovative low code and custom code stack application design and development approaches
- recommend technical system development solutions which meet client low code
- act as a resource in the resolution of technical problems for client teams
- knowledge of Java Enterprise technologies (JPA or Hibernate, and Spring Framework) or the Microsoft.NET platform 4.72 and above, including ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and Razor/Blazor
- knowledge of database design and management systems (for example, Microsoft SQL and Oracle) and application database administration
- knowledge of NoSQL database design and management such as Azure CosmosDB, MongoDB, and others
- knowledge of API development, authentication/authorization, and integrations
- knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Spark ML
- knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks, including Node.js, React, Vue.js, and Svelte.js
- experience developing or modifying systems, and evaluating and recommending acquisition of applications, hardware/software and information technology services
- knowledge of emerging web technologies and cloud delivery/deployment models to lead the identification and evaluation of information technology options for clients
- You can evaluate and assess client information and system needs
- You can define information technology and business requirements
- You can recommend and develop information technology solutions which are cost-effective and support the improvement of client program and service delivery
- You can identify, design, develop, test and implement system solutions

- You have the ability to clearly explain alternate system development solutions to clients with limited technical knowledge
- You have written communication skills to prepare business cases, requests for proposals, contracts and various project reports
