React Job: Web Developer

About the Role:

Voldex is looking for a Full Stack developer to work on our internal tools, APIs and websites. Your work will be used by more than a million daily active users.

This is a full-time position (40+ hours per week) where you will have the opportunity to partner closely with our highly-skilled team of producers, product managers, and game developers!

What You'll Do:

• Write clean, scalable and efficient code to help us to maintain and improve our current APIs that are consumed by thousands of concurrent users per minute.

• Collaborate with other disciplines (producers, managers and also game developers) to define and develop services needed to improve our operation in games.

• Create new services that will be used by the company to power our games.

• Maintain our web applications (company website, admin panels, etc).

What You Bring to the Team:

• Solid experience working with at least one javascript front-end framework (i.g. VueJS, ReactJS, etc)

• Solid experience building APIs using NodeJS or any back-end language

• Familiarity with AWS (Elastic Beanstalk, RDS, code pipeline, amplify, etc) , being capable of building and deploying cloud applications from scratch (Domain/DNS Cloudflare configuration, setup a CD/CI, etc)

• Basic UI/UX knowledgement, you have attention to details and can reproduce a figma project with a responsive design

• Solid experience with databases PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL or any other RDBMS

• You are familiar with Postman/Insomnia

• You are flexible to know new stacks and APIs

• Ownership mentality

• English language work proficiency

Bonus Points for:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in computer science or related field

• Public Portfolio with web applications
