We are looking for a skilled ReactJS developer to join our front-end development team as a remote freelancer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using ReactJS concepts and workflows. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase.

To ensure success as a ReactJS developer, you should have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript and React concepts, excellent front-end coding skills, and a good understanding of web applications. Ultimately, a top-class ReactJS developer should be able to design and build modern user interface components to enhance application performance.

• You will own the frontend CI/CD pipelines and strive to continuously improve developer productivity.
• You will plan and estimate issues and close a good number of items every week.
• You implement and improve existing coding standards and practices.
• You will mentor junior developers and lift up the team with your experience.
• You know how to reduce the amount of bugs and are able to deliver good feedback on code reviews.
• You are able to set up frontend tooling to improve static code checking.

• You have worked as a ReactJS developer before and have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end frameworks.

• You have more than 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• You are a freelancer in Serbia (or willing to become one).

• You have experience with testing frameworks like Mocha, Jest, Cypress or similar.

• You know your way around UI design. Experience with user interface design.

• You know your way around browser-based debugging and performance testing software.

• You are an excellent troubleshooter and know how to deliver projects on time.

• You have good communication skills and are a real team player.

• You get energy from documenting and organizing your tasks and projects.
