Senior Software Developer

Role Overview
The Software Developer II creates, enhances, and maintains business applications to support Bracket’s business needs. Working under the direction of Technical Lead, Team Lead and/or Software Development Manager this position implements assigned coding modules, performs unit testing, and documents their work according to accepted quality principles and supports testing.

Key Required Skills

• Good Programming/Coding skills using .NET, Web services, web api development, Tools Development, good understanding on design patterns, OOPS concepts,
• .NET / Java/j2ee - > SQL, HTML, XML, XSLT, Javascript, SQL, Angular/ReactJS/Node js, Web Api
• Must be hands-on and must have UI and API development experience.
• 7-10 years of S/W Design/Build and test
• Experience working with multiple software validation lifecycles and with accepted software testing methodologies. Must have a thorough understanding of
• the Software Development Lifecycle, and experience with the testing process throughout all SDLC phases.
• Must have excellent analytical skills with proven ability to comprehend business requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Demonstrate extreme attention to detail and organization in all aspects of work.
• Must have excellent written communication skills, including the ability to effectively document procedures, processes and results.
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment, providing back-up support to team members, and establishing / maintaining effective work relationships with co-workers within and across functional areas.
• Must have very strong skills with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be comfortable working with business users and technical teams.
• Must have demonstrated experience interfacing, influencing and negotiating with business users and technical teams.
• Familiarity with SQL Queries is a plus.
• Experienced with using a build tool such as Maven, ANT or Gradle
• Experienced with working in an Agile shop
• Exposure to test mobile applications and devices
• Exposure to cloud technologies both in AWS and Azure
• Familiarity with the Atlassian suite of products specifically JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket or similar
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science any other engineering discipline
• Familiarity with GCP and 21 CFR Part 11 is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems of related technical major.
• Demonstrated experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
