React Job: Data Scientist

We are looking are looking for someone who provides immediate assistance and problem resolution, whenever possible. As a Helpdesk Technician you will use your knowledge and resources to diagnose and resolve ongoing issues. See the responsibilities and required qualifications listed below.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for safeguarding the availability and performance of all databases

• Responsible for maintaining small in house developed interface apps (C#, Phyton and VB)
• Extract data from various systems and generate daily reports to be utilized by the management team for workload, compliance, and customer satisfaction purposes
• Create and maintain SQL Scripts, forecasts, ad-hoc reports, and dashboards in support of the business
• Document and maintain data standards, partnering with functional and business data owners to map existing data structures, usage, and common definitions.
• Capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements
• Provide advanced analytical support for business operations
• Ensure data is accurate by performing data quality audits and analysis

Key qualifications

Database:

At least 3 years of experience with SQL Server (2008 to 2019)

Write, modify & debug T-SQL code such as Stored Procedures, Functions, and Triggers

Write, analyze, and fine tune large and complex queries

Strong knowledge of T-SQL/SQL Internals

Experience as BI & ETL developer on Microsoft SQL Server platform

Fluency with appropriate tools including Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, Git & GitLab

Install & configure SQL Server instances

Monitoring, SQL Server performance tuning & index management

Backup & Restore management

C#/.Net:

Good knowledge of C#, OOP, SOLID and Design Patterns

Good knowledge of ASP.NET Core

Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, CSV & XML

Good to know:

AngularJs & ReactJs (including JavaScript & TypeScript)

HTML & CSS

Python

Accounting principles (GL, AP, AR, debits & credits, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, etc)

Other:

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Ability to set and deliver on priorities and deal with a degree of ambiguity

Maintain an appropriate level of system documentation

Always willing to learn

Both oral and written skills in English

Excellent interpersonal skills
