RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collaborates with project managers, development & QA teams, marketing Subject Matter Experts (primarily in SEO & Analytics), and clients.

2. Develops front-end web applications. Employs software engineering principles and best practices, including proper code structure, as well as performance and accessibility.

3. Provides accurate new business Levels of Effort (LOEs) for assigned clients.

4. Exhibits and applies understanding of marketing industry, channels, and appropriate technologies.

5. Contributes to improving best practices, technical capabilities, and delivery processes for the Web Platforms & Solutions group.

6. Continuously improves knowledge & technical expertise in the profession.

Experience Requirements:

- 2+ years experience as a software developer.

- Experience with CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript

- Experience with front-end frameworks (ex. Bootstrap, Zurb Foundation)

- Experience developing responsive front-end web pages.

- Experience with front-end web pages that meet Web Accessibility guidelines (i.e. WCAG)

- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, such as ReactJS, Node.js.

-English 90-95%
