Our client is a leading organization in the Automotive Industry

Schedule & sequence planned orders on WorkCentres;

Schedule and sequence orders according to S&OP parameters;

Takes in to account Tool Changes in the planning process;

React to close any gap between the Production Plan and actual production.

Description

Schedule & sequence planned orders on WorkCentres;

Schedule and sequence orders according to S&OP parameters;

Group orders for multi-cavity parts;

Check for alternative WorkCentres;

Takes in to account Tool Changes in the planning process;

Plan using Operation overlapping;

React to close any gap between the Production Plan and actual production;

Check Capacity and make a gap analysis between actual and required when necessary;

Check machine capacity;

Check labor capacity;

Release the detailed Production Plan to all affected areas;

In case of a major variation of demand, support the Master Scheduler to produce a recovery plan;

Monthly preparation of KPI;

Assist PCL Manager in all Process's regarding PCL in Quality System Requirements (IATF 16949:2016);

Profile

Technical background (Bachelor - engineer);

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Automotive industry;

Able to demonstrate competence and experience in resource management (people, processes, equipment) skills;

Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement oriented;

Good communication skills, team player and ability to work in functional networks;

English is a must.
