What is this job about?

In this position, we are looking for programmers with a keen eye for design for the position of Caregiver Frontend developer. Caregiver Frontend developers are responsible for ensuring the alignment of Mobile and Web apps design and user experience requirements, optimizing app screens for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across all content, among other duties.

Caregiver Frontend developers are required to work in teams alongside backend developers and user experience designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What you’ll be doing?

• Determining the structure and design of mobile and web screens;

• Ensuring user experience determines design choices;

• Developing features to enhance the user experience;

• Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design;

• Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones;

• Building reusable code for future use;

• Optimizing mobile and web screens for maximum speed and scalability;

• Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design;

• Having fun!

What do we look for in you?

• Degree in computer science or related field;

• Understanding of key design principles;

• Proficiency in React, HTML, CSS and JavaScript;

• Proficiency in React Native;

• Experience working with Figma;

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design;

• Good problem-solving skills;

• Excellent verbal communication skills;

• Good interpersonal skills.
